Dobinsons springs are quality, Australian made coil springs. Their coil springs are ‘hot wound’ and the hardening and tempering of their coil springs is completed by an extremely precise electronically controlled furnace to eliminate breakage and sagging.

 

  • Each coil spring is precisely wound by a programmable logic computer to achieve perfect pitch. This precision is extremely important when manufacturing variable and progressive rate coil springs.

  • All Dobinsons coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag, and ensure they meet and maintain the required specifications. Dobinsons also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.
  • A durable powdercoat finish provides extreme protection against the elements.

  • Better than OE: the BILSTEIN shock absorber ensures greater driving pleasure and safety. The shocks are subject to intensive testing - from long term stress tests and scratch tests to 1:1 testing before delivery. The result: maximum durability and quality.

  • The BILSTEIN shock absorber uses a 46mm piston and implements Bilstein’s mono-tube technology in its design.

    The result is more damping force, even under loads, providing you with performance that you can feel. With increased dampening control and an extended service life, the BILSTEIN shock absorber has been designed to perform consistently across all road conditions.
